When Volvo updated its store concept, the Volvo dealer Bilia’s Olari branch underwent a renewal. The building was expanded, and service facilities, as well as the sales of both new and used cars, were brought closer together. With the renovation, the buyer of a used car can enjoy the same luxury as the buyer of a new car.

The radiant building is distinctive and easily recognizable, almost like a landmark. The glazed white facade and clear display windows also attract the attention of passing customers. The wooden entrance of the showroom is like a warmly glowing lighthouse, inviting visitors inside the exhibition space.

The showroom is a high-ceilinged space resembling a street. Next to the ‘street,’ there is a warmly inviting living room where customers can wait for their car delivery and, if desired, observe the progress of the service through the window. In addition to the lounge-like waiting area, Volvo also provides customers with workspaces: if needed, customers can stay to wait for their car for the entire day. The building also features a designated area for the delivery of new cars. Receiving a car in such elegant surroundings creates a luxurious feeling for the customer.

A solar panel system was installed on the roof of the expansion. As part of the renovation, the courtyard area was paved, and parking spaces were expanded.

In addition to the lounge-like waiting area, customers are also provided with workspace: if needed, customers can stay to wait for their car for the entire day.
