Cheers to us: Olla’s traditional autumn party celebrated the power of community
The world may change, but one thing remains constant: it’s all about the people. Olla’s traditions include the annual crayfish party, where we celebrate the privilege of working together in such a wonderful group.
The joy of our unique community has been the cornerstone of the office since day one. Olla’s founder, Olli Parviainen, summed up the secrets of our long-standing success in an interview earlier this year: ‘Keeping up with the times and taking care of people have always been the company’s core values. They never grow old – by holding onto them, we’ll thrive in the future too.’
Read here what Olli, who just celebrated his 90th birthday (and joined in the party celebrations once again), has to say on the cornerstones of people and business prosperity.
